Heavy planetary diamond grinding mechanically profiles the slab to an exact CSP-2/3 standard, creating microscopic anchor patterns for permanent chemical adhesion.
Hot tire pickup happens when warm automobile tires soften low-grade DIY water-based paints, causing them to delaminate as the tires cool and contract. Our industrial 100% solids epoxy and cross-linked polyaspartic chemistry creates a thermo-stable bond that will never stick to or lift under hot tires.
Epoxy is an exceptional, high-adhesion basecoat that penetrates concrete and holds decorative flake. Polyaspartic is an advanced aliphatic topcoat that is 100% UV-stable (never ambers in sunlight), four times more scratch-resistant than epoxy, and cures rapidly for fast return-to-service.
Our polyaspartic clear coats cure rapidly. You can walk on the floor with socks or clean shoes after 24 hours, move light storage and workbenches back after 36 to 48 hours, and drive/park vehicles after 48 to 72 hours.
Yes. During preparation, we diamond-grind through old sealers and paint down to fresh concrete. We chase open all active cracks and spalls with diamond blades and fill them with high-strength structural epoxy paste, making the floor completely seamless before coating.
Maintenance is effortless. Sweep away loose dirt with a soft broom or leaf blower, and mop as needed with clean water and a mild pH-neutral floor cleaner. The seamless, non-porous surface resists oil, chemicals, and road grime effortlessly.
